post a question on a forum, there are always hundreds of people who are
willing to share ideas from different perspectives. According to some studies,
people nowadays receive five-thousand times the amount of information in their
lifetime compared to individuals in the Middle ages. As we can see, people
have so much to knowledge to gain by socializing with others on the internet.
All in all, the benefits of socializing online clearly outweighs the dangers
associated with it. It is true that people hide their true self behind their
screens, but there are simply no escape to that because people still
commit it in real life, only to a smaller extent. It is more important for us
to effectively use online socializing as a source to learn about our world,
talk with individuals around the globe, and enjoy the process of interacting
with different kinds of people.
