International Property Awards
国际房地产奖(国际财产
奖项)面向全球住宅和商业地产专业人士，旨在表彰房地产公司的最高成就。国际房地产奖是全球卓越的象征。该活动的主办地区涵盖非洲、亚太地区、阿拉伯、加拿大、加勒比地区、中南美洲、欧洲、英国和美国等。参与者可以在他们的比赛区域进行比赛。国际房地产奖(亚太)将由来自亚太地区的房地产公司参加，参与者将由业内经验丰富的专业团队进行评估。获奖公司将参加亚太赛区的颁奖典礼，并有权在其营销活动中使用这一享有盛誉的大赛标志。各赛区得分最高的若干获奖作品将自动进入国际总决赛，最终决出全球最佳房地产公司。
据奖项研究人员统计，今年的国际房地产奖(国际组)已经颁发了三个全球最佳奖，凯达环球设计的“Xi安南飞鸿广场二期”以中国项目7个获得全球最佳,建筑奖。33.十一项大奖中有3%的奖项是在建筑类别中获得的，中国获得了5个奖项，占0。5%45.其中，凯达环球获得三个奖项，日新设计和泽比克建筑设计事务所各获得一个奖项。开发,类获奖18个，仅中国UDG联创设计项目获奖，占比5.6%。王实味设计(深圳)有限公司的室内设计,一个项目和孙文设计事务所的一个项目共获得十三个奖项，中国获奖项目占15. 4%。房地产类别的十个奖项中，中国只有戴德梁行房地产咨询(上海)有限公司获奖，占10.的%
