Dear Editor,
I'm pleased that the school newspaper has created a new column for all the students. Actually, I think the column of Less Pressure, Better Life offers a valuable chance for us to discuss the problem we all face. Believe it or not, nearly every one of us suffers from huge pressure. Some pressure is from study, some from getting along with classmates and some from parents’ expectation.
As for me, I usually relieve my pressure in the following ways. First, talk with others. That is to say, I choose not to keep it to myself. I like to share my feelings with my best friends. Second, watch films. Films are so interesting that I will forget my trouble for some time. Last, keep a diary. When I write down my problems word by word, the solutions to them occur at the same time. It is like a magic. I hope my own experience can give you some help.
